DAX next possible down target 10.663 which is Thursdays POC and low of Friday.
Probably a pop first to OR maybe. (yellow bow)

Anyways... IMO, yet another failed breakout. After 5 up days, DAX could not break resistance ~10,800 and yesterday it made a 30 pts false move, bull trap, whatever... "look above and fail", upthrust... It comes to a failed breakout.

We could see another day or two of down movement, targeting at least 10,500-10,520. Short the rips in my opinion.

All the markets went into the Bearish mode after the Yesterday US open (for whatever reason)
So this morning sell off was not a suprise. Just a continuation of what started Yesterday already.

You see that better happen on slower charts (bigger picture/overview) and down targets on the TPO charts

FOREX:
US equities turned lower overnight as the US Consumer Confidence Index printed well below market expectations (Yesterday). The WTI traded heavy after Russia appeared to backtrack from any production cap accord. We could see further pressure on equity markets because oil prices plunged in late NY trade after the API reported a much larger than expected build in US crude inventories.

Don't forget VW fine.
