Apple’s European HQ is in Cork, Ireland, and when I last checked UK was still a European country.
In Ireland, where it established its first operations in 36 years ago, it currently employs 5500 people.
Only the UK has more Apple employees than Ireland, (6500)
This is mainly due to its 37 UK Apple retail stores, which employ an average of 100 retail staff per store (3700 shop workers)
