This is a wake up call, at least it is for me. These markets are for the birds. You cant have an serious money on the table anymore. Hell, we had more liquidity in Pork Bellies or Oats, than we do in cable. No prices on cable for 30 seconds, lol..reminds me of calling NY one afternoon to get an offer on some Palladium during the great run up, and there was none. I've been at this for almost 25yrs, and for the most part come out unscathed, but what if I was working some bids in cable near 1.25 on 20 or 25 lots? They would have filled my stops at 1.20, gee thanks. Its fine if you trade one lots I guess, but maybe your broker doesn't answer his phone in the morning. God knows that's happen before. I'm lightening up my FX exposure immediately, and looking for new avenues. Maybe I'll go down to the main fruit market, and start trading in tomatoes or lettuce. Just thought I'd leave this note in this thread, as there are some sensible people here, no use in talking to the gamblers.
