Hi Dutchy, I was wondering what broker you are using? Cause you usually scalp about ~10 points. After factoring in commission and spread I usually need >4 points to even breakeven

I hate when I come late to the party.

DAX 240m CFD chart.
Pay attention to to fibo 38,2 retrace from Brexit low to swing high... I also have some 10,185 level from last year.

Who knows... maybe we revisit daily low.

Not to mention that on the same 240m chart you can draw a bull flag, and if you use MACD, RSI and similar, you can find bull dvg at the bottom

I use Ninja Brokerage (Futures) (I have no financial connections with Ninja expect as being my Broker)
They deliver the platform and data (feed) as well

1 lot turn round costs +/- @ $4,00
That's why I try to grap +11 points first lot.
10 point for me and 1 point broker costs. (Mini DAX E 5,00 a point)

CDF price S&P +/- 6 points higher then Futures

Say what? Man, you need to change that shitty broker as soon as possible.

I use Interactive Brokers, commssions are this:
Mini DAX - EUR 5 per pont - EUR 0.80 (yeah, not typo, 80 euro cents)
Standard or Big DAX - EUR 25 per point - EUR 2

E-mini SnP, or /ES is $2.02, and the same price is for /NQ futures.

Do not expect anything special from their platform, though. Charts are bad, but for execution it is No. 1 broker at my opinion.
At many many places I have seen people do their charting elsewere, but execute trades via I.B.

Nija is little cheaper then I posted
Approx $2,00 US contracts and $3,00 EUREX contracts.
Lot of competition. They changed prices down

And if 5€ per point are still too much, JFD Brokers is pretty good. Spread is 1 point and commission is 2€ per lot. So basically 3€ total costs per lot (1 point = 10€)
You can trade there even from 0,10€ per point (3 cent total costs ).

low today was 61 fib off extension, been waiting for months for this entry, target 11070, so will hold, up 80 but stop still on emtry we will see, risk 10 points, reward 900

Aaaaaaaaaaah! Someone needs to pay to feed the mistakes made by the EU to take in refugees and migrants from war torn countries. After all, why should the EU and US get involved with a internal war torn country. 'Imagine' is the right answer. But there again, no conflicks no money.

I also trade DAX via CFD's, when I would like to keep position small, or partially close, so I will use 5 cfds instead of one Mini Dax.

Here are comms for cfds, quick skalp (which I probably should left running...)

So,
1 dax cfd - EUR 1
2 dax cfd - EUR 1.02 / 1.03
3 dax cfd - EUR 1.54
5 dax cfd - EUR 2.56 ---> obviosuly cheaper to trade mini futures, for EUR 0.80

To be honest with you I would grab 80-100 points into the 250-280 zone, since sentiment on DAX is still very bad, and then rethink. They could just make a double bottom today, who knows?
