EJ not a good idea to short due to crossed lower bolinger band but the price reaction is immediately upward, if crossed bolinger band, but the price is following the direction, we should join the short..

im talking about the candle in red

plus the original of price is not from other side of the SMA, it just retrace into it and go down back.

just my opinion, what do you all think?

I was little reluctant to take the AUDCHF given the wick on the signal candle...may I ask on a older trade .. why did EN not qualify for valid signal (few days back)

Thanks Bk8 for this great thread. I am not trying to change anything, but trying to understand why it would not be a good idea to set the stop loss to the average candle size of a D1 candle(not the full size but, low to close or high to close)?

Is there because there is typically a support or resistance from the prev candle low or high?

What would be an average size of a daily candle. You mentioned low to close or high to close of previous candle?
