You have to create your own template, then attach to the chart. Put the indicators you would like on a chart. Then go to charts on your MT4 toolbar, scroll down to Template, click save template, name it (Bk8 system) whatever you want. Now all you have to do is open a chart, click on your template, to attach it to the chart.
Hope that helps. You can also setup profiles, I have a profile setup for each currency, with all pairs on it. Example- GBP pairs- it has all GBP pairs I trade on one page with the Bk8 system template on all chart. I personally have all the Majors, so 7 charts per profile. I have a profile page for each Major. Then I have a default page for open trades, I open the chart for each pair I'm currently trading. It literally takes me about 5 minutes to go through each profile to see potential setups. Generally most setups come from one currency anyway. Like today, it looks like most turns are starting to happen on GBP pairs, I have all potential setups right there. Now wait for the Master to agree, or not with my potential setups. I hope that helps, it takes a little while to set everything up. Once it is done, the rest is a snap!!!!

Head and shoulders leg formation is the first reason and second 3 rejection candles on daily chart .. and on H4 allredy candle has pased the 5 MA... and sell signal has printed just now allredy as you see in D1

Thank you. I ended up taking E/G short as it has the best overall reward/risk at 4:1 if it makes it down to previous lows. The GBP strength on the GBPNZD and GBPUSD acted as confirmation more than anything.
