EUR/USD is trading to the downside on rumors that the FED is setting the stage for December rate hike. The pair is now 1.1133 and market participants are anticipating the FOMC meeting scheduled for 2PM Eastern today.

Hi, m8! A sideways mode refers to a ranging, 'back-and-forth' or 'up-and-down' price action. You may have 1000 pips in three months in such a mode. However, how you trade it depends on your trading style, strategies and techniques. Scalpers may find a sideways mode a delight but it could be problematic for swing and position traders. Even then for scalpers, if they play in a 'no man's' land, within the range, they may get beat unless they don't use a stop loss - which is another problem itself. Trade safe.

Looks like the FED will raise rates only in December so I'm expecting a bullish run.

My entry is @ 1.1158 with a 1st target @ 1.1180 (38.2 Fibonacci retracement) and a 2nd target @ 1.1213 (Previous day high)

Hi all
Jon, my fellow and friend, this is such a low target  if you do open, target about 1.1330.
That said, i appear to be little long myself  Shorts being closed 

Now a question : one of my brokers is bad, so I'll quit it. Can someone recommend a good, FCA regulated, tight spread, good execution and rollover broker? I need two new brokers.

actually it is pretty clear. Every line represents a possible stop loss orders by retail traders. You just need to see there are many of them and that there are sort of SL clusters. The market usually goes and takes all of them.

1.1168 eur/usd is very strong level for intraday shorts. Pt 10 pips, SL 12 pips. There are high volumes of institutional orders waiting. Watch out for this level. I will be trading it for sure. Watch it closely

Have look at this swing level guys. It is long from 1.1105 with 60 pip SL and 60 pip profit target. It is a strong daily/monthly support based on volume profile, price action and fibonacci. I will definitely trade it if it is not hit during the FOMC ...
