Since 9/9 what we have here is a market that likes the 78.6 ratio as it has been bouncing off that level within the Harmonic structure for the past several days. That makes 78.6 a key level within the smaller structures as long as the larger structure continues to hold.

Providing some higher level overview of this scenario - you can actually do some crude "Timing" of the eventual move by re-aligning the Triangle and Pennant to coincide with the actual Higher Lows taking place inside the smaller Ascending Triangle. When you do this, a time table emerges with its own set of extensions. In this case, those extensions run out for 3 days, or 72 hours from now. This indicates that a move on those upper level Point D areas is due within 72 hours. This is of course, as long as the larger Harmonic structure holds and its DACA Stack at 9/9 is not violated:

So, here we witness the integration of Standard Harmonic Patterns with Standard Line Geometry Patterns. Again, the market is replete with structure. The key is always in locating the time frames, whether or not confluence of structural inputs are present and whether or not the market is respecting any particular ratio or set of ratios within the broader structure.

Note: This is deep Accumulation taking place and they are fishing for more dumb money entrants. This is an attempt to build an Emotional Response into the Short side of the market. They want to invoke your Short orders so they can Accumulate them before getting the heck out of doge to the upside taking all dumb money with them:

The "Genetics" of The Market

In Human DNA, the letters used to represent the sequence is GATC. In my theory, Market DNA is represented by the fundamental Harmonic Points, XABCD. Through several years of research, I found a pattern. Not a fixed price pattern but a sequence of Harmonic markers that splits the market into its Long side and its Short side. The key to that Harmonic sequence is DACA set and its location within the Harmonic structure.

Much the same way that geneticists can determine many aspects of the biological result that stems from a particular construct of DNA elements (GATC), I believe that certain aspects of market behavior can be determined through its Harmonic elemental key DACA.

Much like in DNA, there are also two strands within the Harmonic code regime. In this particular living example of market behavior we have the following code strands:

Strand #1 (Long)
A | BXC | BD | XB | B = D3

Strand #2 (Short)
BA | DACA | C | CA | C

This sequence tells me to be on the side of the D3. The element that is bound to a number is the side of the market most likely to be engaged.
A | BXC | BD | XB | B | D3
BA | DACA | C | CA | C

Integrating the strands in the sequence of their appearance in the market along the X-axis, results in knowing the relative location of the key element DACA:

A | BA | BXC | DACA | BD | C |XB | CA | B | C | D3

When key element DACA is in the 4th position within the integrated sequence and D3 is within Strand #1, I know the market is Long until DACA undergoes a mutation by way of price violating its boundary. When key element DACA is in the 4th position within the integrated sequence and D3 is within Strand #2, I know the market is Short until DACA undergoes a mutation by way of price violating its boundary.

I suspect the market is a living breathing organism and as such its behavioral characteristics can be known by way of its Harmonic sequencing. Both Strands #1 & #2 can take on many different appearances in sequence. This is the randomness within the market. However, the structure of the market can be seen through the integration of Strands #1 & #2 and the location within the sequence of elements DACA. That is one way to unlock the key to understanding market Direction.

And, we get a conversion of the smaller Harmonic into a Standard Cipher of ABCD structure. Not unexpected for smaller structures to convert inside a larger Harmonic. The mutation of that smaller Harmonic places the first "D" on the bottom of the structure as "D1." In an absolute perfect Integrated Harmonic sequence there would be no Point D levels anywhere in the structure. This is a small Point D between the original Entry and the Stack.

Between the Entry and the Stack is the Draw Phase and in this case it represents room for roughly 17-18 pips of draw before the Stack is in danger of being violated. Notice the split in "D" creating a D1 Mutation and a D2 Projection. This is deep Accumulation and Emotion building taking place.

Short term Scalpers can have some flexibility during this phase but should be aware of the larger overriding issues:

Looking for at least 61 pips to the upside when the market is ready to move, as long as the larger Harmonic holds its key DACA region.
