Time for a true test of the system. I took long GBPUSD and short EURJPY yesterday. Both were hammered by poor news over night. Neither were stopped out. First time I have gotten up to negative trades, so lets see how this plays out when the news moves against you. Sticking to the rules.

Had similar results Buffalo...have to expect some losses in a trending system....so we hope our big wins make up for smaller losses.

Yeah, Ranger, I'm not too concerned, particularly about the GBPUSD trade. Price still hasn't broken the BB midline and it looks to be bouncing off support. My 15 pip stop is below the BB midline and below the 1.32 round number and the EURJPY did not move back up past the 5 SMA.

if i may, the system you are trading is the Keep It Simple system, i used to trade the same until i realized the Heiken Ashi is hiding all the Candle Pattern information, also the TDI really lags big time, and finally

I think the point that monaghan is trying to make, is why are you sharing your results for a completely different strategy on this thread? This thread is for those who are following Bk8's strategy. If you want to discuss your results using a different strategy, then you should start your own thread instead of hijacking this one.
