Team, Our setups earned lots of pips today but could not retain all pips. Some of our traders walked away with pips early, neither I support nor I oppose early withdrwal since I am also not sure how to deal with scenario when candle hit the highest point.. and come back to zero/negative...we may have to work little more in this space. I like to wait until my setups hit SL, I do not care profit or less but if you do not want to take risk then you may set TP to breakeven. Please post your setups for today if you find any.
so lets not start looking for changes every time something happens.
you already compromised by having 2 positions in 1 pair with different TP`s and that will probably have a negative effect on the final profit figure.
to go any further like trailing stops, stop to BE after up 50 pips etc will further erode your profits imo.

A sell entry I took this evening and see how it plays out overnight in the Asia and Europe sessions. Weekly and daily both same direction. Price bounced off zone and weekly TL above. Going to see if price wants to go back down 100+ pips to test the zone and TL below. Weekly and daily both crossing 5 sma. Plenty of room to the bottom BB. {image} {image}

I just want to share my results trading this strategy since August 04.
Total of 41 trades, 29 (71%) winners and 12 (29%) losers.
Some of those winners were small were 5 pips (break-even trades).
Here's something about of how I did it:

Here's something about of how I did it:
- I was really carefull in filtering sideways setups and candles that shows resistance to the setup direction.
- Only opened a position when bollinger band were wide open.
- Ignored weak/small candles or dojis that crossed the SMA-5.
- Once the position is 20+ pips in profit I moved the SL to 5 pips profit.
- I'm not using the 2 positions strategy yet.
- Only currency pairs and no exotics.
- I was not worried about the news.
- Trailing stop of 10 pips when the price gets close BB or horizontal support/resistance.
