Hi C,

I will try and give you a basic understanding. Every Wednesday (Thursday this week since Monday was a holiday) the EIA will release its Crude Oil Inventory numbers. The number is the change in the number of barrels that commercial firms have in inventory. The more oil commercial firms have in inventory, the less demand these firms will have for oil in the future and the cheaper the price of oil will become. The less oil commercial firms have in inventory, the more demand these firms will have for oil in the future and the more expensive the price of oil will become. In other words it can affect the price of oil which in turn impacts the CAD. Of course there are various other factors that affect oil prices so don't look too much into it. Hope this helps.

So crude report doesn't really impact trading On Eur/usd? Also probably another newbie question but when/ if central bank raises rate is that good or bad for the currency? I know it bad for stocks when the fed talks about raising rates but would it cause the euro to fall against the dollar if the fed raises them

I was looking here and support is 1.1230, but this is wrong. the right point of support was to be 1:12

My view for the coming session(s):

The HEW-count is suggesting we saw the end of a double in wave {b} at 1,1123. If so then we can expect a 5-wave move from here towards at least the 1,1366 for completing the orange tripple. The structure looks a lot more bullish to me then two days ago .... I thought we could just come above this 1,1366 but now it looks as we can expect a level as 1,1552-80... Also the marketrhythm charts gives the idea we are bullish as long as we can hold above the 1,1230 (sma89 in the 4H-chart) (Well HEW is suggesting this level could just be hit and after that a bounce to the north)

Studying the structure I think we did saw the red wave a/iii and are now approaching the end of wave b/iii

I think we can expect the following levels:
first a move back towards the 1.1275 (DP) - (84 eventually)
then we can complete the wave b/iii around 1,1233 (WR1 at 1,1230)
then an up-move to wave iii around 1,1446 (watch WR1 / DR1)
then the wave iv towards 1,1418
and finally the wave v around 1,1552-80 (and hopefully we can stay below the 1,1616!!)

If things go different in the early hours of this session:
-If we directly break the 1.1275-84: then we already saw the wave b at 1,1240 this will suggest we can directly go higher towards the 1,1466...
-If we break the 1,1230...there is a possibility that we can see a tripple instead a double (seen from the 1,1366) but I don't see this scenario at the moment happening...

Like i already said before, if market hits the main 1.1424 level, we will have full chance to go with market at least till 1.18xx this or next month and that would be nice soon we gonna know that

Like i said, that wasn't good time to take short againon the contrary, yesterday i took a small long, and soon gonna look for reversal, to take short, atleast to 1.1233
