Hi Makron,
That is my own account to show that you can trade ME/ME with small lot 0.01lot size limited to trade only one currency pair.
Trading a $500 account is not the same as trading a $50,000 account. When trading a $50k account, I can allocate my balance to trade 5 pairs at the same time. This way, my chances of overall win is better even when I cut my losses in 2 baskets and have 3 baskets in profits.
But I know in some countries where the median annual income is rather low compared to those living in the US which has a median income of about $55k per annum.
For someone living in the US and trade with account of $5k and thinking of turning $5k into into one $million in 4~5 years, that is a dream. That rookie trader who started in 2012 had such a dream when he started. Today after 4 years, he realised that it is not possible because of his inconsistent trading style. He jumped from system to system in 4 years. He thought that by compounding his profits, it would help him reach his $one million. Today tis rookie trader learn that setting SMART target is important. Setting small target of 5% to 10% per 20 trading days is something achievable. Forget about high % win like 30 to 50 % per month. Think of trading an account the same size as your annual income. That would make a big difference in the trading psychology.
As to whether my friend is happy or not, that is for him to tell us. I know it had been very hard for him to trade consistently for few years. He had learned a few things from me and he has been working hard at looking at the best TMS setups to trade and at money management.
That $500 account closed last month in good profits.

NZDUSD Week 36 Sep 5 H1 trade:
Kiwi opens with gap down, the price gap down caused the TDI Green to slope down, then the next H1 price action close higher casued a very steep TDI Green slope upwards. Entry on the next H1 candle.
PA leads the TDI...

market went sideways narrow range after Kuroda' speech yesterday. No big move yet.
But technically interesting to see triple inside bars which is quite rare. Mother Bar also Master Candle.
Too early to buy , too early to sell. Let the others place their orders and the smart money knows when it is time to fill all the orders.
TMS traders must be patient and wait for the setup to show up.
Have a Plan A and a Plan B. Worst case, also a Plan C.
Preserve trading capital is top priority.
Make good use of your trading capital and avoid floating losses which tie up your trading capital.
Make your hard-earned money work for you.

How to trade the IB breakout using one timeframe lower?
Always remember that the High-Low of the IB' Mother Bar is support and resistance. Do not enter until that S&R is broken in lower timeframe.
Rule:
#1 importance is the Price Action
#2 is the TDI for confirmation.

Hi,
i came across this thread while looking around and have been excited with the continuation of the thread from the late Big E's great efforts. I have read dozens and dozens of the posts spent a few days back testing and found it very easy to grasp
Ive been trading for over 8yrs with no real overall success so recently changed to daily and 4hr charts where I find im a lot better with my discipline. I'm very familiar with Synergy system so TDI and APB or HA candles are not new to me I was trying to trade a 15min system that I couldn't continue with due to time constraints and discipline issues etc
Anyway just like to Thanks Emmanuel and the other contributors to this thread you are doing an amazing job.

to answer one PM on where to take profit?
there are different options:
for 4H swing traders, there is the 52-weeks ATR which is 205pips. take 60% ad your first TP exit and trail the rest of your positions using Trail0by_Prev-candle low on H4 until you get stopped out.
If you measure from the Low of Monday and placed a line on 205pips above that, it will be 100% of the 52-weeks ATR.
potential resistance where we look at price action above current price now.
60% of 52-weeks ATr is near where the resistance is RN 1.0475
see chart below:
