Fever sucks!!
I never considered actually trading from my phone. Never seemed to be something simple enough with the mobile version to make any real sense. Hats off for finding this and as I get used to looking at that little screen I can see the trades much more clearly now. How many times am I away from the computer at bar close at EOD. I'd rather be consistent and enter or adjust at the same time every day.
As a system it looks like there are many opportunities to make some money. Your money management is interesting and your covering your losses in that manner seem like it keeps a nice equity curve.

Hey BK8,

I'm following this thread intently because this type of trading will allow me to trade off my phone and requires only a small amount a time each day. Perfect for someone with a day job and kids. Quick question, will you enter a trade several days after a candle closes above or below the SMA, or does it have to be immediately after the candle crosses the SMA at close? Thank you!

Take a look at gold, I wouldn't take that one. Why not go back over the history and see what you think?

I am in for the gold today. I am planning to test this strategy for 3 months. I revise my stoploss everyday to protect profit before it reaches BB.

How often do you adjust stop loss? I am trying to figure out where a good place is based on the candle length/wick

Entry should be same day if candle crosses the SMA at close.

So you enter on the proper signal. That is clear, if you did not see the signal on that day and the next day does not break the high (buy) or the low (sell)-such as an inside day....Do you still consider entering on the break of the signal candle?

I took the eur/aud for example but was a day late.....

Ok, I know for sure that I would not enter late and chase a trade. Better to catch the signal candle. I also avoid trading a signal when the signal candle is in congestion. I might miss one if it is a breakout, but if price has chopped around sideways I will avoid it. Practice makes perfect.
