yes brucasella I totally agree with u..i had bored to see that many people nowadays tend to learn from someone that had popularity, rather than result itself..To me, trading is really hard to success but still possible if we can manage the average outcome to positive income...

I see +801% at your stat.
Then I figured out, this is since Feb.
The thread started July 22nd.

So, your 801% wouldn't count in this case.

Still, very very impressive result!

thanks for the compliment..i still having problem to manage my drawdown..yeah it seem like that..my acc start since feb..i just want to contribute to this thread..benaih said it does not matters as long as anyone can achieve success at least one year from the date deposit if i am not mistaken..but if all agree to start new one i will follow the rules

hi all,

Prior start date is okay, but please put your start date as part of your TE name, similar to mine and others who have included their start dates.

I think this is good also for all to see where each of is in our efforts, and can be a positive influence. It also indicates you want to be part of the group/effort...

Edit: So, I don't want to take away from anyone's effort if they've been going at it for 6 months or longer. Even if they join us late, they still have put in the effort/time. I mean if someone joins tomorrow, who already has 1 year profitability, then great! But it won't change the goal for the rest of us who are still working at it. Plus 1 year, 2 years, etc is not the end of the game, we have to keep applying ourselves with long-term success view...

Btw...

My long-term goal here is to have as many traders as possible with 1 year or more of success. Imagine a thread, with hundreds of traders contributing with TEs attached to their posts with 1 year or more profitability. I think this would be something to see, and I'd be glad to be a part of it...

Hi all.
I would like to make a suggestion:
It would be the best if all TE's would show account %, becouse traders come from all over the world and $1.000 is not the same value in different parts of the world and so it might be disscouraging for some of them to show account gain in $$. % gain is better in this regard, becouse everyone can relate to that no matter how big the account size.
To benaiah I would like to suggest to trade much smaller relative to account size than you had past days and also load less becouse this is what killed all your past gains this week. Even if PA is bullish or bearish, it doesn't go straigh in one direction and if overloaded this much totally affects the emotional part of trading, which should be minimized. Achieving long term profits is a war, not a battle. I hope you will think about that and prevent such accidents in the future.
EDIT:
Repeating the fact that this one year challenge is not about challenging other traders, but challenging our own discipline and patience to achieve long term profits consistency cannot be important enough . It would be bad is newcomers that usually don't read from post #1 would think otherwise.

I agree intraday traders should avoid tradingbefore such important news. Preserving past gains is the most important task of every trader.
It is differnt for HTF traders. GU broke down before- on BOE the day before and on HTF the move before NFO was just a retrace up.
MMs were slowly grinding higher to get intraday traders confused , either on wrong foot or stop hunted. It is summer, less liquidity and manipulations are much easier for them now. But they didn't want to get to high becouse higher fresh shorts would be waiting taking liquidity away from them.
I did see this comming, but we still cannot know how far they would pump up before the dump and when they would dump it then, becouse we cannot see the order queve.
To have less stress in trading, better not trade such really important news, becouse new setups come every day and we are in no rush.
A FIFO trade or two after the news is ok if the setup comes while momentum is high..

i see u Sentiment gold and silver downtrend....so, other scenario AUD and Yen will weak.....??

LOL. It is just sentiment, not a prediction or something, coz I think Gold and Silver is always "the real money". The sentiment was made on June 17th, 2016. Where is downtrend (in HTF)? Down-move maybe. Retracing back to the trend.

Benaiah (The Owner of this thread) said that it was Okay to post trade idea before and after the bell. Learning is one of the most important think in this world, no matter how young or how old you are, We take more benefit from wisdom of the other traders.
