Trader's 1 Year Rehab goal 10%-20% monthly return

So I have a problem.I tend not to stick to my rules therefore, I wanted to publicize my account and my trading ideas in order to help me reach my goal
This is going to be a 1 year rehab for me, only looking for high probability trades. I have a full time job so I look at higher time frames. I just want to be able to profit 10-15% every month as a side money hobby. (the thing is I'm able to do 100%-200% in 1 month if I wanted to but it requires too much risk and stress so not worth it and that was my previous problem wanting to get rich over night lol this isn't realistic for me)
Rules:
Trades: Only high probability trades
Number of trades: 1 maximum open trades
Time spent per day: 1 hour or less analyzing chart per day (DON'T LOOK AT THE CHART EVERY SINGLE SECOND YOUR EYES WILL NOT MOVE THE DAMN MARKET)
Psychology: 0 emotions don't care about it
Risk Reward: Very bad since I trade longer time frames I can't do 1:1-1:3 I don't know how some people do that here sure they enter from lower time frame but that's not possible for the way I trade so in return I adjust my lot size accordingly which is extremely risky but as long as I make profit on 60% of the trades and don't over trade I would be fine

HI, my suggestion is why not create an automated system with script on your trade pattern.

Not possible. How can you put candle stick patterns, multi time frame, price actions and other trading decisions and factors into an EA

Looked at 14 pairs and analyzed each chart overall time spent 30 minutes found an opportunity shorted GBPDCAD at 1.6333 TP: 1.6273 SL: 1.6448

okay done for the day will look at the market again tomorrow.
