always check the 3 timeframes - W1, D1 and H4 for the setups.
and when we see such big H4 candle to the farther left, we can trade in H1.
or wait for the D1 to close below the 5EMA so that its is in synergy with the W1.

Thanks for the links I am building a position as I type this. I currently have one small position with additional trades ready to go.

I just closed EJ for 100 pips and fought my way out of a poor entry on UJ with MESE.

Hello everyone

I have already read BigE's posts and downloaded the template. But I see that this thread has more than 3500 pages and 70,000+ posts. Many people have contributed to the thread which is great. Do I need to read the whole thread to get an idea about the CURRENT SITUATION of this method? Or the rules given by BigE 5 years ago still valid?

Can some one please help me Thanks in advance

I think we should wait more time to re-entry buy.

Is it a valid entry for USDCAD? Only one thing it is not in the direction higher timeframe. Any suggestion please. thanks.

I see this trade too. But im still flat. Im not pro,,, so i cant say you its good or bad.
I think maybe we have a little consolidation. So if you want scalp maybe its good. Against the TREND i dont like.

of course you can sell in H1 now when you are trading the short term.
but when it turn around, are you prepared to buy and join the medium term traders?

Inside Bar are small candles,
Outside Bars are big candles,
Wide Range Bars are also big candles but WRB are not always Outside Bar.

What Big E said about look at the candles, big candles and small candles but he never used any of these common terminologies to describe them. So why can't we be more specific and use some of these common price action terms. After all, Post#647 is all about the basic forex stuff.
