I don't think DAX is following oil now. Could be, but not likely.
More worries about Italian problems/Brexit/Chinese export -4.5% lower/German production -1.2% lower.
That's why the DAX didn't follow the US markets on their way up.
As said before,.... US is in a better mood then Europe.

Maybe one more time a pop up hedding to 10.000 and then down again.

I just follow what I see in my MA lines and I stay away from predicting. Not licensed to be a fortuneteller.
But I look more for South then North.
My 3 MA lines crossed each other to the down side and that is usually a sign for reversal.
