​It's a very similar method to one of several that I use, which I covered in some detail on another thread. It's the first time I've seen anyone else using coloured fib zones and thought I'd post a pic of a CADCHF sell set of trades I have going, the dashed line was my entry point btw. I have no favourite pair personally, or any particular time, if I spot an opportunity then all pairs are tradeable for me.

Well done to GB starting this thread, I'll chip in now and again with the odd chart here and there, so long as everyone else does, and thought this was worth showing alternatives that's all.....LL

- are the pairs not in the rules I trade not

- are a pair is suspect for me on this day I trade not

- all GBP pairs dangerous in this time after BREXIT and I look is GBP pair to trade or not

Thank-you. I didn't realise till now that there was a discretionary element to this system, I thought it was totally mechanical.

What we learned today is the success of the system relies on choosing the right pairs, something that ghostbiker is very good at.

The truth is today Ghostbiker was correct and we shouldn't have played the GBP pairs. Most all of the other pairs hit my
take profit! But I got brutalized on the GBP pairs. However a few of them are still running. So there's a chance to still win!

Hi Ghostbiker, could you confirm that risk/reward ratio is < 1 ?

In other words, the system works because the % win is > 50%, but when your stop is hit, this is greater than profit (on a single trade).

AWESOME STRATEGY

Very smart not to enter the GBP yesterday, I blindly entered 12 trades for the major pairs as a first test, all were profitable, except all of the GBP ones. I did adjust the SL and TP for some trades in the middle of the night because the market looked a bit too volatile yesterday. Good thing my son woke me up at 02:00 AM so I could check the open positions

My results from yesterday (on 1000 demo account with micro lots): +245 winning pips and -64 losing pips = +13,36.

@Albert Jazz: you can make the SL at your choyce
example: the LimitOrder is on the 0 / 100 Line and
the SL is on - 23.6 line the other on the 123.6 line you have 1:1 reward / risk

for the MarketOrders you can work with the same lines us SL then is 1:1.5

you must not trade with this System if you want a other risk/reward like 1:0.1

If he had proof he would have proven it. The mere fact that he evaded the proof part leads to doubt and so far it's been all speculation.

This is a very old system and some used it under a different name, if you have been around long enough you would regocnise this.
They have even used it in speedtrap. I like it but it leads to unprotected open orders which can become huge risks and can offer something here different to protect the open orders.

How would you trade EURUSD, it is a pair that don't make extremes like 8.0-9.0 on strength?

hi @ghostbiker, i read your Thread,still has one question to confir.

1,now summer time,we start to trade at GMT time 16:00 (5 hours befroe the new daily k bar)?
2,in the winter time,we start to trade at GMT time 17:00 (5 hours befroe the new daily k bar,the daily k bar close one hour later than sunmmer time)?
