Seems to be Europe session EJ goes down. And US session EJ goes up.

In last my forecast for USDJPY target was new year minimum - it is still target, Balance is short and better will be open just short

It's strange. In a risk on with stocks market go up. JPY finished below 101, and gold above 1360.

Shinzo Abe won the upper house. I don't know too much about the Japan government but I guess it's a good support for more stimulus.

No, we won't.

For starters, stimulus could be very real this time.

But even if it's not, I'd say we have a solid 24 hours of stimulus driven speculation before we find out. So I'd expect we head higher in the short term at a minimum. If BoJ does indeed act (after all, they're meeting with Helicopter Ben), this could be the start of a big move. Whether it's sustainable or not is a different question.
