gaps get fill most of the time.there is no fix time scale for that.its important how much draw down % you take before it fill hte gap.if draw down % not necesery for you you not need to wait for the gaps to trade just open both directions same time or how ever you like then manage.the magic of gaps for new traders is filling.then ı ask what is your account size and lavarage and trade size in ratio and how long can you carry

It amazes me how the JPY currency appreciated rapidly against its pairs during the Brexit confirmation and today while the GBP crash continues, the effect was hardly applicable across the JPY pairs.

E.g USD/JPY...

Does anyone have an explanation for this please?

Well that us just it. I would never trade the "filling of the gap" only because the avg drawdown in pips is way to high. Although most gaps are filled in the first week, the reality is price action from the moment of the gap will determine how long it will take to the fill. So to me it doesn't make sense wagering it.

I think Euro is ready to move down (longest wave down), GU need to bounce before going into longest wave down. Gold may dip into supply propper before moving north.

soros was long during the vote and he lost.folow news,and surely like every loser (for the moment in fact he is a big winner) he said he make money from other trades and ı am sure he did
the issue is,right about noon time when gbpusd and eurusd making highs people started to agree that uk will not leave and why ı dont take a bite out of cake
so many idiots entered long for both instruments from very close to highs 1.49 1.14 what ever.then with the vote result release the truth come in to play. one of my firend was trading 0.1 lot long with eurusd right after noon and then traded 100x lot to save that 0.1 lot.the account could blow.
so the outcome is in that risky days you should sit on hands or may sit on your head and not trade
have nice trades and green pips

note: ı declared that ı will not trade the poll week and ı didnt cuz ı am not soros
