Do we trade before the opening of the market?

If i opened a trade eur/JPY before the market start , do i close my trade before it or let it run ?

Can i check with you, wad template are you using? My chart only shows HA, cant see the open and close.

Current Observation

Given events on Friday, based on H4 charts I can see MC formed on a number of pairs – EU,GU,AU,NU,EJ,GJ,UJ,UC,EG.

Assume we be extra diligent around Support & Resistance before market makes next move.

with those big candles in different timeframe charts and also the weekend gaps, the TDI is useless.
give the market some time to settle down.
on H4, I wait for at least 2 days before I start to look at TDI for trades.
if you trade with price action without indicator like TDI for confirmation, you can still continue to trade.

D chart trading should be better to wait until next month to resume. Let this MN candle close, then update your Big Picture Plan with news support and resistance levels.

Just relax, sit back and watch the market.

There is always the ignore option..... Most of us find Emmanuel's information useful. Honestly I'm amazed Emmanuel provides all the information at no charge. There are many ways to trade FX and this is one method. I look over several threads (including LW RIP) and it's amazing how similar they are. With that said I trade a little different than the standard TMS, however I still learn a great deal from this thread.

Are you currently in this trade as I don't see any trade lines on your chart? The TDI will not be accurate due to the large candles last week.

Hi Emmanuel 7788 ( or someone who knows the answer !)

Could you be so kind to explain to me how works the indicator : ISM ADR Marker , found when reading the thread of LOVEVERY1 on 15mn time frame.
As I noticed that this indicator is sometime used by you and as I find it quite interesting , I would like to understand how it work (main parameters).
As I am not a coder , it is no use for me to open the machine and see what kind of engine it is !
my main questions :
- how is it calculated ?
- how it moves during the day ?
- what is the best setting (30 days as said by LE1 and some people of this thread where you participated in that time ) ?
etc...

To me if the trade was taken on the retrace would have been nice. Now we are facing the first trouble area. If that gets passed by we be facing some more near by trouble area to reach that R:R.

Welcome to TMS!

While you did get a green cross this pair has been in a downtrend. If you look left you are buying into resistance that has not been broken for some time. Not to say the trade won't work (hell i'm learning myself) but I would look to go long after 1.3200. I am also thinking earlier today about a sell limit order at 1.3100.

I agree 100% - this is not a very good setup.
And I also entered way to late.
Been working all day long and when I came home, I saw the green cross the red.
Very impulsively I entered . My risk is very small, less than 0.5% of my account balance.
I will leave it for now and by tomorrow this time close it manually if it looks bad and if I hadn't been stopped out.
I am a scalp trader - first time I attempt to play daily and keep it overnight.
