you guys keep saying follow the trend, dont play against the trend. how dare you go long against this trend?
there is very little chance for pound to recover one week after what has happened. if it is to recover at all, it will take much more time until decisions are made and new positive events have happened. now nothing is fundamentally bright for UK and to a lesser degree EU. it was a 1850 pip move down followed by a 700 pip retrace, the only way to play is short unless you are scalping with logic and reasons otherwise you will be left high and dry

UK is out of EU. It is over and done. This can get really ugly as other countries will want to leave EU. For now UK is out of EU and good for them.

After all this Brexit bs, I didn't touch Forex at all this week. Saw some massive volatility at random times of the night for EURUSD but just couldn't put in a single dollar.

I am thinking about buying at 1085-90 after market open, targetting 1170. Then short from 1170+- targetting 0570, so about 600 pips down.

How bad was it yesterday for any of you that actually traded Thursday and Friday? I have been on the sideline for a few weeks.
