I dont think a better pc could do something more because mt4 is 32bit and 1 core rendering (I might be wrong on this one)

as for the balance equity , reminds me the zone ea backtest results

Yes, I also figured it is some kind of grid, but I am wondering how the DD remains so low (according to the screens)
Grid normally means there are periods of high DD, possible to break the biggest of accounts. Therefore I would love to see testing over prolonged periods.
If we can devide the load, it would be quicker. Also, optimisation for different pairs could be distributed, as this can also take pretty long.

you are probably using a variable lot size. Can you test it with fixed lot size?

It looks similar to Remon's threat.
Are you using a similar strategy? Would it be an idea to combine efforts ?

Ok, got it, is not the wide-spread J.Nemeth Recovery Zone refined martingale system.
But what is it? I mean what is the operating principle?
...can you share the operating principle before I download and try that stuff, please?

I am on business for several days, will be back and update the backrest result ASAP.
This is a long story! Trust me, I have usesd/tested many EA, many strategy included recovery zone or from Remon. BUT, as you know, no one can keep you alive with market.
FX cost me many things, many time, many opportunities, and money, and happiness.
This EA is the result after all the failures that.
I will public the EA here and give you a try soon.

Above mentioned "MyPiramid_V08c" EA's backtest results - with default settings - from 2012 with $10k deposit are shown below.

Max. Absolut DD was $6378, so REAL max. Relative DD would be -63.78%, assuming that the backtest had been started just before the time of max. DD or if lot size had been adjusted to actual balance.

Not bad for a Martingale with average 82% yearly ROI and no crash for the past 4.5 years... Of course, in a backtest...

Hi MasterGuru agree with you on the fact that 4.5 years with a martingale EA without burning the account is a record. I have more or less the same results but on H1. Someone has mql file of My Pyramid?

According to the related info only the following option was added: "invert trades" = True/False, although I could not find it among the parameters.

This is a quite good one, it can survive in BT without avoiding NFP/bid rate.
