The trade is already running. Let's watch and see how things develop...you can see the look of things on the weekly chart I had posted above. If you need more info on events or further analysis in words, do let me know...I try to make the chart detailed so that looking at it will reveal what is very likely to happen.

audusd above, yes I understand the chart. already in trade, post result later on.

About eurjpy, price moved away from 8ema. Remember you said about taking advantage of the speed of the market when price move away from 8ema. Where would the entry point be and where is the stop loss. Thanks

hi guys

I am a new participant to this thread, although i have been going through the thread for the past month familiarizing myself with the 4H MACD strategy.

Going through the thread, i like how the discussions flow and I am looking to jump right in the midst of things to learn substantially as a new trader.

I am currently looking at the following pairs: EURUSD, AUDNZD, AUDUSD, NZDUSD, EURJPY and USDJPY. I will post as frequently as i can in need of your assistance.

Nice trade!
My entry will be just at the open of that long candle, the candle your 3rd arrow is pointing. That is a good example of "Speed of the Market Strategy"...there are as well other cases like on the 21ema, trend lines, etc

Reality: For sure, after making about +100pips with that nice move to the south taken on the 4hr chart, I will not bother taking the signal below. I will rather celebrated my +100pips and wait for another CLASS A or FIRST CLASS signal to trade...my opinion

Hi Nausting,
Am afraid I don't quite understand what you mean? Price is moving up, down the upper and lower trendlines. According to Nel trade can be taken at the bottom or top of a channel. So if price in eurjpy in this case closes higher (moving away) from the bottom trendline, one could enter for buy.

That's okay so long as you have the bigger picture in mind...I have already posted where a buy trade can be taken on a 1hr early entry basis.

Update

Had made a few gains but loss it all in one fell swoop, of cause after 30 pips gain i would have set my stop loss to break even. Could this be as a result of the bearish anticipation on the daily and weekly graph, is there anyway this could've been avoided and how should i view it next time around to better position myself.
