See the movement. Draghi didn't say anything and price moving down with short term hell oversell that threatening to break good support line. Some players used Draghi's speech as an excuse to sell strongly.

thanks for this, I was just going to reply to the guy who said 'all hail draghi'. All hail a 60 pip slide over an hour? lol Draghi didn't say anything the markets weren't expecting because we all know what that looks like 200-300 easily on the most liquid pair

Some central banks are desperately selling USD to avert depriciation of their national currencies against USD and they are buying other major currencies to keep their foreign currency reserves steady. They push USD lower but they cannot do it forever and they will be out of ammo sooner or later.

Mid-term view:

Actually change happened in their Euro policy, not in exchange rate. You will never know what's gonna happen because you trust what they blabbing.
Tell me why Yellen continuously pushing you to look for economic data for future rate hike? Because Federal know only one huge spike cannot sustain for longer term, those golden days have gone already. So you have to help them by giving high priority to US economic data so they can manipulate their data to control exchange rate. Do you believe they don't care (what a joke) exchange rate?
