Trade What You See - Almost Naked Trading

Good Morning Friends,

I am still experimenting using this system of Lawgirl21 "ALMOST NAKED PRICE ACTION SYSTEM". Please note that a Retracement (RT) is highly probable around the 50-61% Fibonacci Levels or Zone - Hopefully, these RT's will corrects to reach my Targets !

Well, as you can see above, I uploaded my 8 Pairs using her Position Trading H4 BO T3 setups as best as I could - but not perfect . See her first Post#1 here which is very easy to follow, just her system - SIMPLE for "Chart Lovers" :



Please comment,or critique, as I am really Newbie trying to learn Forex Trading to go live in the next 3 to 6 months if I become consistently profitable on a monthly basis. So, any input would be appreciated. The more analytical Brainiacs are involved on this thread, the more we all benefit.

ARe you not using the 3 RSI any more..???? If so why not??

I do use the 3 RSI in the context, or in the confluences, of the S/R, especially at the near-term Fibonacci Zones i.e 0-23% and 74-100% and hopefully with a Price Action candle setup.

Currently, I am testing the Daily and Weekly Charts and use the above strategy. The 3 day RSI for each time frame can usually be eye-balled by just looking at the strength and momentum of the trend especially as it crosses the Fibonacci Zones.

DanC, if you look at the higher TFs, there obviously a sinusoidal pattern to all pairs. So, by placing your Entries in term-areas where there are either mostly Buyers (going Long at the Bottom) or Sellers (going short at the Top).

IMHO, or limited experience and observations), trading using the Intraday TFs H1 and H4, while fun, I just end up losing the PIPS I gained, as these TFs, in less choppy Currency Pairs, go in particular directions in order to cash in, get out, and wait until the next Reversal again using the RSI as a jump-off only ;-)

ARhhh my friend you dont have to stroke me.. i am just an OZZie battler.. i will pm u later.. GO..slow..re RSI 3 put a CCI over it.. say 100 and put the RSI borders at 80..90.. and 20.. 10 and when the 100 is turning up..down look for 3 to be in sync... study it.. small part of puzzle

I have no idea how to get lawgirl21 indicator, into my broker account....mt4. I downloaded it, and it is in my computer, but from that point on, I know nothing about how to get it to show up in my trading account. anybody with some knowledge, and the time, to assist, I would be very grateful.

Here are 7 Steps basic to incorporate LG21's RSI 3 day period into your chart, but you can use for our Indicators or Expert EA as well:

1. Double-Click on the MetaEditor as shown:



2. The MetaEditor comes up. Go to the Folder Icon, Double-Click, to find your LG 21 Indicator:



3. Double-Click making the LG21 RSI 3 Day Indicator Folder:



4. The Double-Cick the Compile Icon::



5. The under the Files Menu, Double-Click on SAVE AS making sure that you are taken to the Indicator Folder of your MQL 4 - Double Click and Close-Out of your MQL 4:



6. Bring your MQL 4 back-up, pick the Navigator from the VIEW Menu and new LG21 Indicator should show up on the Right-Upper corner of your Chart:



7. Then, note pick RSI's Charts that look hopeful based on LG21's Instructions found on Post #1:



Also note, that instead of having all the Currency Pairs on Charts, which can take a lot of RAM, slowing up your Computer CPU and using up too much RAM, you may want to do the following:

1. place a separate RSI chart setting from a Period from the default of 14 days to 3 days
2. Open the Indicator List, Edit your LG21 Indicator to "true" for having only one LG RSI 3 day which will pace your single RSI Indicator on the Right Upper Corner.
3. Or, you can also Chose "true" for placing the RSI into your RSI sub-window, found on lower portion of your Edited RSI Menu, then you are done.

Finally, the early thread replies here also use a 200 Day Mean Average in the Functions Menu and have fun practicing to customizing your MQL Charts to gain further expertise by just doing.

BTW, I am know trying to go through this thread through its entirety to pick up further information share and up-date. That is why I am holding off further uploading my current charts for now. Bare with me for a day or two - anyway. But, I hope others will do the same as well and post what they find. It is a good learning opportunity to scan any FF Thread strategy as I have been told. Now, let me clean and adjust my glasses and get to it. :nerd:

And, as I am doing this I am also subscribing to any FF Trader I find here who is current with any of their new FF Thread subscription that I find relevant to Swing Trading, Reversal Trading, Fibonacci Trading and RSI Trading as well. I already found a new Robot EA which may be relevant along these lines as well. However, any Robot EA must be very carefully scrutinized as many can lose money if not monitored carefully. I least for me, I have not found one yet that I have been able to successfully use. But, I am ALWAYS on the look out for one ! If any one here knows of a good Robot EA, please share it here too ! I am sure LG21, wherever she is, would not disapprove if it proves to be profitable - even a manually or partially automated Robot EA.

Good hunting folks and I wish the very Best in your trading, no matter what style you use, However, if you post it here, or any charts here, let's try to stay focused on LG21's original strategy on her FF Thread ! It only makes sense for me anyway to do so !

Oh well...I thought I would take a break from reviewing and studying past posts. Instead, I thought I would place both potentially or definitively FAILED moves using LG21 System (herein the "LG21S" for short) as well as the potentially or truly successful trades as a personal learning experience and for sharing with my FF colleagues - participant or non-participates .

Note: Senior or "seasoned" Forex Traders, I would just skip directly to the Chart - so not to bore you. Newbies, like me, read-on, and then make your comments to help me learn from you - besides learning from our senior or professional FF members !

Here is the first failed LG21S on H4 despite a T3 BO off the term Fibonacci Buyers area ! I suspect this was because of the high potential nearing the Fibonacci 50% which has been called the "Fibonacci 50% Phenomena". No doubt, there will be a new correction the Market Makers (MM) with do to continue to Stop-Out to make Money, or Liquidity, from the vulnerable smaller account Retail Traders (that's us remember ), just to further re-invest it to buy and sell in a Zig-Zag fashion at certain Key Levels.

Unlike LG21, I do use Fibonacci Indicator Charts when placed correctly (see below) as most MM and Retailers use them so it becomes a "Self" or more specifically, Group of Forex traders (MM+Retailers) "Fulfilling Prophecy" ! But, like set-up or strategy, we are dealing with probabilities as we do in Medicine - same analytic approach with a "working" diagnosis, or in Forex, a prediction based on leveraging probabilities based on past or "Evidenced Based" histories of "more likely" successful "patterns", especially when multiple "consistent Signs" or "Confluences" suggest it namely, the major trend, key-levels that are Fibonacci based Reversal Buyer and Seller Zones, and retraces, especially between the 50-61% Zone.

Here is the Fibonacci Indicator and Lawgirl's RSI 3 day Indicator, both of which I base my Charts Key Levels on:






BTW, if I had been more knowledgeable with more experienced anyway, we place our Take Profit (TP) just below if going Long, or just above the Fib 50%, to collect are PIPS as follows:



Not the long-tailed Hammer or PB bouncing of the Near-Term Buyers Zone, suggesting that the Buyers are pulling-back stringer than the Sellers can handle...so as inevitable on the Forex Market we will cycle back up, but no more likely to now pass the Fib 50% or just bounce around for a while in an indecisive tug-of-war or consolidation, until the MMs wait for some Market News to make there move - no matter if the News is For or Against the Trend ! It is just an excuse for the Giant MM to continue making a living - remember the old saying that "The House Always Wins !" - at least the majority of times, until we "ride on their coat-tailers" with anticipating their moves or thinking in a "contrarian" fashion to hit your Targets or Take Profit (TP) level with an adequate "room to move" for the MM not to stop you out.

I do monitor all 22 pairs using the H4, Daily and Weekly TFs at 9 am, 1 pm, 5 pm. 9 pm and 1 am . As I monitor these currency pair, like LG, I will jot down the ones that look promising, honing on ones with obvious major Trends, while avoiding the Choppy, Consolidating with very long shadows or tails on both sides of a candle bar i.e. looking like major giant Doji Candle Bars consistent with MAJOR indecision between Buyers (Bulls) and Sellers (Bears), even if these candles are in some form of Trend. In my experience, these are usually the result of major Market News and get stop you out so easily !

Lastly, in retrospect of course, immediately after a TP, just below the Fib 50%, I wished I was experienced enough to have placed a SELL-LIMIT with appropriate SL and TP, to have made Pips on the Fib 50% Retrace. Too bad, maybe next time !

Picture 4 hr ADUD.. i am short this.. note RSI 3 with 2 CCIs.. note levels on RSI are 80/90/20/10 note how it gives early warning of change .. but actual change doesnt come untill the other 2 start to change direction..in this instance i used shorter term charts to enter..i am short at 7480.. stop above the hi.. just an example of how i use the 3 rsi

Here is another 4 hr DAX.. once again using 3 RSI .. been scalping this using 4 hr for big picture but 15 for enter and exit.. have just closed this because the 3 RSI is below 10 level.. Law Girls stuff is just GREAt there was another girl had a thred here Amy C.. in still browse her thred and use a lot of her stuff.. BUT like all great methods not systems you have to make it your own.. you cant follow some one else.. all this just my opn of course..

Thank you so much for your sharing about CCI (210), CCI(100) and RSI (3) combined. Well, here is my version of your teachings on the AUDUSD which I also went short on due to so many reasons besides your strategy as well:

1. The predictive crossing of the CCIs as you noted
2. Formation of an IB followed by an inverted hammer
3. Resistance at the the Fib 50%
4. The Bearish Trend with a BO T3 that is moving toward and EMA200 Support that I believe has been suggested by LG21
5. An adequate spacing to place my RR 2:1 TP-80 and SL-40

Well, I have studied H4 DAX and see where based on your method, that you did very well going short and then Closing your trade !

However, IMHO, I decided to enter Short as based on the Fib Indicator that I use, there is still a lot more Bearish trend left based on Key Levels and past history of the Chart movement on these Key Levels.

So, I am going to let this Currency Index go to completion based on my RR that approximates a 4:1.



Who knows what will happen for sure, but this was my overall analysis so far

Thanks DanC...Yes, I am perhaps somewhat aggressive...but, I figure I am still on the arduous "Learning Curve", although I do understand when I do go "Live" with real cash, I will be a lot more conservative.

Well, here is a move based on your CCIs that predicted a Bullish run that could have made me my 80 Pips with a SL of 40 to give me a 2:1 risk on the GBPUSD:



Note that ther is a postive Fractal Reversal and PB of the Near-Term Finb as well as your CCI crossing of the CCI (100) and CCI (120). Of Course, the RSI(3) followed, but delayed, unlike your CCI method !
