The Drag the Dead portion of the logic has been quite successful at finding exits in almost every situation where the proverbial shit has hit the fan and the rest of the logic assists along the way. As the logic is trend based, most news impact will provide a suitable exit...but when the market gets spooked, it can be a total fucking nightmare.

Long story short...I have no problems closing my trades down manually and sitting out times when I wouldn't normally be trading, even at a loss. Survival isn't about always winning, it is about living to fight another day.

Go back and read the reasons why I have recommended working on ONLY Demo accounts this week, specifically.

As for not testing logic out before throwing it on a live account, if this is your idea of market strategy, you are a moron!

How can you possibly gain anything from looking at results of others?

Great logic! I fully agree with you. We will identify the time when to stop EA and close all positions based on experience on demo. I had failed many times to close EA and active positions manually for NFP and RED news on another grid EA and had troubled myself!! so if its automated will be much help in trading.

I have a close all EA that can assist, will post it for next week if others are wanting to try in live account situations, or apply to their current accounts as they see fit.

Like with any other strategy, it is best to build confidence by working along and creating your own market trade patterns, even if this is chewing off a limb to make it through another day.

Up to now, my typical pattern on live is to start the EA during TK session and close before NY is open.

With all of the logic in place and now confirmed, may see fit to just let it do it's thing and run the full market week. That being said, I will still be using data from this week to steer me in forward testing in both live and demo environments.

Trying to get an idea of the % margin level with this plotter which I found at the SHF - it works but it does not allow fixed scales, e.g. from 0 to 1000.
