ICM/Guardian telephone poll shows Leave at 45% and Remain at 42% with an online poll at 47 & 44 respectively.
First time there appears to have been clear 'Leave' sentiment . . . though I've no doubt it'll change more than a few times over the coming weeks!

I would have thought that it was more a dictatorship - with the Germans ably assisted by the French.
I know that by definition, the centralisation should be seen as left wing but the fact is that it is an unaccountable, undemocratic and deeply flawed institution whose main beneficiaries are Germany.
Pity the poor feckin' Greeks and Spanish and, yes, the Italians, who are all suffering under their rules.

The problem with trendfollowing systems are these ''long on top'' or ''[short on bottom '' entries .I have reached the conclusion that it's better to take the risk rather than trying to filter them out .
