Well I am bullish gold but not in the short term. Bounced at a bat but reckon it could tumble and send King World News into overdrive. I listened to a good rick rule interview yesterday where he says that holding at the turn of a big move is the hardest thing because you're so used to the pain of being wrong. Ergo the more pain you can live with the higher your chances of coming out on top.

Hi Squawk, The one thing i have been pondering on with these equities is that we certainly are in a mega shift from a public system to a private system. The writing is on the wall from how recent months of bullshit here in Oz with the backlash of attention on the usual TAX topic and how corporations are not paying tax or a fair share. We had the shift of private health then funding private schools with public funds the list would go on. Infact this kind of act is criminal...Now in saying this all i can see is some mind manipulation going on at this point to dump income tax or reduce and up GST. People will think they are getting a deal when infact the GST rises over time will be the offset and profits for the corporations after all they own just about all the assets and they are excused of past taxes.. So they will artificially inflate the stocks to get the private sector over riding the public. Other words we are getting f.....

So true and very Rarely do they do V turn without putting a shoulder in. I find this one of the hardest to deal with when trading, you jump out of a trade expecting the shoulder and it runs right through, then you don't chase and never get the entry. Its sitting at the 38 level which can be bullish retrace level so I am looking here at the moment. If it runs through then the levels you posted before are in play I think.

Hi Rythmrig, most the world been has been shifting from public to private system slowly since the late 80s. I can see GST being raised in Aust, it's only a matter of time and like most new taxes or tax increases the government implements they try to make them sound attractive to get them in. Then we get screwed (governments need more money). Re how this will inflate the stock market Im not so sure re ASX but does not have a bearing on my views re other markets but agree with your point.

Dax chart is a bit busier at least in microland it is - more moving parts. Cash market opened with a cypher, low was a cypher and a cypher will get you close to the open again. Above that there is a grown up bat and then a crab close to 2016 open.
