I know it could be not the best time whereas the weekly candle could go more downside before its turning up again,...or et vice versa?

No trading days for bigger investments actually, IMO.
Waiting on the sideline seems the best & efficient way not to burn the money.
I don't like running after the profits.

Maybe just buy 1 contract for the hell of it and let it run either way this way even if it goes in the opposite way by 100-200 points you can only lose so much lol..

There are either no buyers at these levels or no sellers at these levels but a buy button from the QE monetary fund will easily send this up to 10,500 and a few sell buttons from a few big hedge funds will easily bring this under 10,000. Wonder why hits the buy or sell button first in this next awaited move.

It could go bullish here with the Yanks online soon. I see inverted head and shoulders on lower TFs, could go up.

Reversal is near I reckon though.

from my point of view on DAX Fut , on a short term basis , as long we stay between 10311-10335 . nothing will happen.

Trading without stop loss but sometimes with hedging orders
1 pip 10.-$, 500 pips = 5'000.-$
1'000 pips & one 10.000.-$ account is pulverizes
...but you have make 100-300% before and has pit out all profit.
Where is there a hell?
It's business. It's forex trading.
Forextrading is risky.
That's all.
Good times - bad times.

Trading with stop loss
The other way around: trading with stop loss you're so often running after your profits. At first you collect losses then you have to counterbalance it and after that you are in an initial position to make some profits if not the next stop loss will vault you out of the market.

The rest is money & risk management.

Every trader has to work out which fits best for him.

I like your trading style with Stop loss very much.

I wonder if the trend actually changed now to drop but with just today left in the last day of the candle for this month is a hard call. Wondering if we topped out earlier on at around 10,370 or if we head back up there again tomorrow. Gold sort of retraced off its earlier lows of around 1200 and YEN strengthened to under 111 from its earlier weakness of over 111.28

My sentiments exactly.
Weekly candles could overlap the mai before a little in the black side. So it could be that the market price could go a little bit more downside.
It's not the time for swinging trades, IMO, maybe scalping here & there.
The best seems to wait on the sideline. It will come clearer probabilities where the risk of investments seems more reliable.
10'380 is in my view when lower prices should be popped if the uptrend is still intact.
If not 10'195 (Weekly EMA55) or 10'150 (Daily EMA200) seems also possible today.

Silver not Gold for me.
I was in ~13'90 and out ~17. Now I wait here for the next investment. Actual ~16
