If I understand the question correct I think the correct answer is:

I would have mid term outlook Buy at close above the red area ( C)
I would have mid term outlook Sell at close below the green area ( A )
I would have mid term outlook Neutral at close in the orange area ( B )

Which then means I will have Neutral outlook atm. (B)

with mid term outlook sell: close below low of last candle
with mid term outlook neutral: around mid of last candle
with mid term outlook buy: Close above high of last candle

EDIT: This was my ORIGINAL answer:

If my OUTLOOK is SELL then:
a. Around the green area (an Engulfing candle from top to bottom) -> A close below the last candle low

If my OUTLOOK is NEUTRAL then:
b. Around the orange area (an Outside candle with both top and bottom rejected) -> A close in the body around the last candle middle

If my OUTLOOK is BUY then:
c. Around the red area (a Rejection candle of lows) -> A close above the last candle high

And, for some reason sisse I thought your OUTLOOK in EU MID TERM was SELL originally due to .097X being taken. Thought your SHORT ERM was BUY to NEUTRAL. I must have fallen asleep behind the wheel.......

STUDYING RIGHT NOW.....as I think my view will change if I figure something out that I am questioning....I am thinking this MONTHLY CANDLE may be used for a SHORT TERM view but NOT MID TERM unless its at a certain level for a FLIP MID TERM.........be back

BUT: (My ANSWER has switched to D....It doesn't matter-IRRELEVANT and here is why................)

In OUTLOOK SELL MID TERM you can SELL at EXTREMES and CENTER in DIRECTION OF OUTLOOK..so, if OUTLOOK is SELL and PRICE is at the TOP (extreme) or MIDDLE then you can still sell. I would like to see the MONTHLY CLOSE below the last MONTHLY CLOSE; but, as my chart shows it didn't make difference when BEARS closed below December BULL candle in January and most were all looking for MID TERM TO BEGIN. I remember the .097X very well.

110.35 is the lower mofu of a norm you'll see on the daily- leg before last.

UJ already completed a very large norm for 77.97 min (monthly)....close enough that I'll consider it a serious contender. That would bring about 1.247x in EU most likely

I longed EU already, but 1160 is expected

yeah ive longed EU a few times too many, and likewise wise UJ, only small positions with tiny stops, currently short from 110.48 and 110.18,
