DislikedHere is mine : You can play with this extern to adjust the place of the rectangle, the font size, and the y space : (compile to make effective) extern int font_size = 9; extern int move_rect_to_rigth = 0; extern int increase_space_y_number = 19; I did it my way hein I did not take any look to the exit, nor to the money management. edit : little error corrected {image} {file}Ignored
Disliked{quote} You made an improvement, but it was not necessary. By pressing the small popup screen with the letter "M", the big popup screen disappears. So it does not matter where this big screen is located.Ignored
Disliked{quote} You can backtest whitout the rectangle now. Did you see the other improvement ? it grid in trend : following a trend. Result are a little bit better, but it still need a lot of work on it.Ignored
DislikedYou will have to study the code to understand, the trend is the slope of the WMA, if it trend up, it open buy, else it open sell. I just made this modification and I added arrow to see better the orders,Ignored

Disliked{quote} Here are some questions about this method. What are the preferred settings for this EA ? In other words : * What are good currencies to trade this? * What is the best gridsize ? * What is the best profittarget ? * The stoploss is equal to the gridsize in this system. Is this the best stoploss or is a bigger stoploss perhaps better ? * Does it make sense to use a directional strategy with the help of an indicator or is a random strategy equally well suited or even better ? Who has some ideas about these topics ?Ignored

DislikedDear traders I have a grid EA which i have been working on for some time and which is profitable. It has increased lot size , BUT not martingale It gives drawdown , But the drawdown is ALWAYS overcome when the market moves ( Trend) Lot size and size of grid will determine your success. I have not seen something similar elswhere and feel i should share it here today. The only challenge i have with it is when the broker slips my orders and therefore skip the level. Skipping a level can be problematic as it interferes then with the sequence...Ignored
DislikedThank you @Cobra! In the "Piggy" thread http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...05#post8921805 wrote @yonnie rightly: "...your grid system is clearly profitable only in trending conditons." In a trend system I use a template like this: - two Hull moving averages - an indicator with RSI and Stochastic - ADX indicator To start a "trending" grid system I believe that to minimize the ranging risc we can #start - if the moving average colors are identical and ADX > 20 #stop - if the moving average colors are different or ADX<20 As...Ignored
