I guess this is where we disagree Amiably though. Personally I'm not trusting of fx market volume figures. Call me paranoid perhaps, but large retail orders are usually sniped out in the market. (In my humble observations)

Professional money sells on up bars and buys on down bars. This whole move up is a suckers rally. They're building shorts in it for a run below 1.20.

its the manner in which he is doing it, its a demo account, he has blown so many accounts before, and he still insists on being worlds richest person when in reality the only person he is going to make rich would be the people on the other side of his losing trades... but then, its demo so not sure about that

Correlation factor is not always confined as can be seen here. You need to keep in mind EUR/CAD factor as well.

Trying to see here. CAD is gaining today based on oil rising due to possible supply disruptions. I am sure there will be. However, shouldn't it have an opposite effect? Meaning, if their source of trade and GDP is done through oil, will it not hurt their economy thus hurting their currency? This is like the situation with Saudi. Do we pump more to survive or just raise price by cutting. CAD will get rocked in the next quarterly GDP from this. hit it!
