Forex is OTC (over the counter), there is no central price, each broker and their LPs make their own price. Especially during the news the differences of high/low can be very different between brokers depending on their LP setup. Spread might have been big and the spread-spike itself can set a higher high / lower low than at your other broker. Most likely the broker with the higher high and lower low has a more weak LP setup so that spread spiked more than on your other broker, which MT4 then prints as different highs / lows, even if it was just because of a spread-spike that lasted just 1 tick long. Its just normal unfortunately during such hefty news. If you want a regulated central price, trade Forex Futures instead, that will suit you a lot better then.

Well i see the EUR/USD run at least to the previous swing high @ 1.1398 and depending on the stops above it could run even further to 1.1459.

My comments are rather focused on the short term, I made my 40 pips on the first drop, which was what I meant with my comment. But it was the usual game, hit high, hit low, hence kill all stops, then go back where weve been. The previous high was hit right before FOMC already, so it was clear that the first reaction will be a drop to the previous lows, hence I did go short before FOMC. Its all the usual bullcrap of the "big boys" LOL And they get retail traders over and over again with such a simple tactic.

Well... so far so good

I have 3 running trades in this move up.
I just placed my TP around end of my estimated wave iii (around pivot R2)
I changed my SL to just below the low of the daily Heiken Ashi candle (around 1,1280)

mhhh...... we made some tails in the hourly... indicating resistance.
besides that is the count hinting to a retracement. I think we now see a flat...

I closed my trades with 125 pips profit

I'm waiting and hoping we indeed see that flat...for entering again with a buy... if so than this move down must be a 5-wave move (it looks messy for now )

Anyway if we have a break of the 1.1367.... I'm in again for my target of wave iii around 1.1408 (Daily Pivot R2)

As some people have already mentioned. Forex is DEcentralized. That means each broker has it's own liquidity providers and in the big events ( important news, speeches, bank meetings, natural disasters ) it may come to big volatility in market. So high/lows may be different between brokers.

BUT, if you get strange spikes in mid of calm sessions or maybe even near your stop losses then you might reconsider changing your broker, because that practice is called stop hunting ( from your unhonest broker ).

this move from the last high is not a 5-wave move I think.... So in that case we do not have a flat!

Well in that case...it must be a retracement in the up-move....
Can't make a real thing out of it...it's messy with the slow up-down-up-down moves.... So i must be neutral with a small favor to the upside

till now, 13 months of congestion...(great for overbuy oversell traders) but when will start it will be brutal, you know... be ready...

i'm still short, rr it' good, but i'm risky too much at this time (-7%) for a long term profit .
