If this order didn't execute today or this week, then I could wait till next month or so.
10'705 should be easily hit during spring time.
Short term it could always be hedged many times higher.
What does that do for me?
In the last resort several hundred points negative or so.
Risk seems calculable.

DAX could go ~10'180, if so.
This could be my risk with #21'444.

He's back now.. Last week while he was abroad stocks gained. It is not just his whereabouts. It is also when leaders meet as I had said before. G7 or G20 meetings as well. If meetings went bad then after meetings stock indexes decline. No one said it was a fact but it is something to keep in mind because if you look at previous meetings and trips abroad by various leaders you will see that stock indexes locally usually did well while their leaders were abroad or while they hosted foreign leaders from abroad.

This seems far more reasonable to me and makes sense. My apologies for misinterpreting your post; it read to me like a horoscope (albeit some stock traders made a fortune believing this crap, but whatever works just works, I guess).
