Hello, LW!

May I ask what EMAs you are using? It seems that you use the 10 EMA, perhaps you can confirm it. How important is/are the EMA/EMAs on your trading?

Thanks!

Hey LW, Allow me to spend some times with the newbies. last request . For who are interest in trading H4. This is totally TMS Approach. According to Big-E, always try to entry at the 1st or 2nd candle. The 3rd and 4th is a big risk. Why? because the price already cross over 50. Whipsaw area. So how to catch a ride after the bus ran away ( Screen1 ). If you entry here, price will fall down. you will get shock. sometimes even roller coaster. Zoom to H1 ( Screen2 ), wait for retracement when TDI cross below 50 again and wait for...

Kind of like how I do it, but I am only focusing on getting a better entry price by candle H/L break, not the TDI. We trade similarly. My example is here.

Thanks LW.

I was also watching the EA trade both yourself and TSS took.

I talked myself out of it though because I didn't like the look of the stoch on H1/H4.

Maybe a littler overcritical would you say?????

Its fine to be critical, you need to take the trades you are comfortable with and to your rules, once you do that consistently you will have a lot more winners than losers

Trading D1,H4, require more patient concept rather than Hit and Run. Because very often the prices touches your entry point even at the first candle. So Learn to be patience. Always trade the TDI Green coming out from 32 or 68. Never play 50. There are 28 pairs max for you to select even D1/H4 have limited setup per week. So Good Luck.

That is the opposite as Mr Aussie was teaching in the first TMS newbie thread. He says trade a sell when tdi cross red, cross mbl, cross below 50, and visa versa for buy signal not taking a sell as it comes out of 68 and 32 for a buy, confused!

I have the 10ema on my chart, but if I get a good signal and price is still the other side of it I will trade it, in other words it is not so important to me that I will miss a good trade because of it. I do prefer it though if price has closed above it on the h1. On h4 I usually have 5 sma.

Because I always check the h4 before going in on h1 its still looking too bullish for me to take any of those at the moment. They moved up pretty strongly and may just be taking a breather before continuing so I would need more than just a cross on h1 to put me into those trades.

Ok Let me rephrase.

"Trading D1,H4, require more patient concept rather than Hit and Run. Because very often the prices touches your entry point even at the first candle.
So Learn to be patience. Always trade the TDI Green coming out from 32 or 68. Never play 50.

When price in divergence, means price already in exhaustion. Now, when you see the TDI green coming out from 32 or 68. What will you do ?
1st .... wait for confirmation bar. Pop up 1st.... you are to eager to jump in ..... Hahaha.... you will get yourself kill !!!!!!
2nd .... Remember when signal travel out of 32 & 68, the sentiment of the trend still opposite. What makes you think the price will power up?
3rd .... after that you will start seeing green crosses red and the other way around all this are fake out at lower TF.
4th .... SO REMEMBER !!! When you see such signal. Patience.... Plan ahead, what do you expect the market do.
5th .... What is my ENTRY PRICE.

Will market fall for another 200pips Hahaha maybe 100pips at most.

You got to understand the market, how TDI works then only you can trade better. I Don't blindly following the Crossing of TDI. That's how I use TDI.
Banker please return my pipins.

As a beginner, and not within the small "click" of individuals that post here, I find this thread confusing to say the least.
It just appears to be a free-for-all trading tread, with a few bits of helpful information, far and few in between.
Majority resembles NOTHING of Big E trading method, and what does is drowned out with contradictory trading advice!!
Another really annoying thing is, SOOOOOOOO many Feels like a teenagers thread with all the smilies!

It is frustrating to be a beginner. Experienced traders often forget that there are newbies who do not even know the basics. (Myself included)

Get a price chart, and attach a TDI. Remove the volatility bands and the MBL. Start posting.

If you do not know what I just said, then go to babypips. When you get back, any monitors of this thread will be more than happy to help.

All you have to do is follow when green crosses red.
If you are good at something, never do it for free--Joker

Means...sell at the top
Buy at bottom right?
Let say I trade only pair EUR /USD.
Due market volaity...ill only get 100 pip from daily chart setting...
But then..my target is 1k pip in a month...
Or should I try 3 other pair at same time?
Let say: 100pip on eu+100pip on gj+100pip on ucad =300pip a week.
Your advise?...suggestion?..thanks for answering all my question.
