Just wondering whether this is a good setup for a long on EURCAD, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Looking at the 1HR timeframe, what I see is a pinbar which crossed on BRN(1.4700) and S61, divergence on TDI, green/red cross on TDI, TDI level less than 32, just wait on 1HR candle to close above 5MA(shift+2). {image}
There has been a lot of talk about higher timeframe vs lower timeframe. It doesn't matter if you're trading TMS or any other system, the only difference between the 2 should be your expectation as to how far price might move after getting a signal and how quickly you have to react to take that signal in the first place, so you don't have 4 hours to decide, you have 30 minutes or 5 minutes even and that is a matter of personal taste. Its not to everyones taste to only have 4 minutes to decide whether to take a trade or not

] .... it is impossible to chose which is the HTF .... it is like asking which of these 2 candles belongs to the D1 TF - there is not enough info - there is 3 ways you could get a clue - price - spread scale - or some signature slam that u lost a few pips 2 & will never forget

ECad H4 - exactly wat LW just said the D1 PA was look'n gr8 on entry - this was a classic TMS cross & PA double top'd & close below BRN - bounced off D1 res & broke thru W1 supp&res&BRN - so i hit it hard wit double the risk - 2 groups of 3 PT

GU H4 - PA was trapped b/w strong D1 supp&res - supp was @ BRN - entry candle was engulfing [HA] candle - PA then bounced off D1 supp & BRN so i stayed in trade
