That is what I had figured
I thought about going short today at 9700 as Thursday is either up followed by down or down followed by up. The good old reversal days. At the moment though things look bearish. Nothing out of Japan from BOJ Governor this morning which lead to YEN gaining against USD. Export numbers out of Asia are still not so great and shipping companies are offering containers now from China to California for under $900 for a 40' Container which is cheap. They must be desperate to boost shipping. earnings can't be good this quarter. I am sure they will be pretty bad. Question is though if market actually drops on bad earnings numbers.

SL at 107.00

bull channel still in place.
2040 still a critical level. a break of that, and we could should see a move down to 2008 on the cash index

Spot on as usual. And thanks for the inspirational setups! Do you work on the Dow as well? I see positive correlation between these two most of the time.

...& I trade with Dow, Nasdaq & SPX500 which could shaping out more the candles' shadow (this and next week) if following the overlapping candle concept.
I expect this shadow at first and then a white body this month (...et vice versa it didn't work).
...& also with NL25 (Netherlands) & Australia200.

I expect some gains today. Market should be green for today

Key resistance is the 4H 20sma @ 9582pts and Daily 7sma @ 9660pts.

We may climb to the first resistance level, but I do not expect the Dax to breach the second level.

I do believe we will drop later in the day, in typical Friday fashion, possibly below 9500pts.

I had a short at 9650pts, but pocketed it for 10pts.

I think the market needs to decide here whether we go bullish, with a nice hammer on Daily and break the 7sma @ 9672pts, or the 7sma on Daily forms as resistance for another bigger move south.
