Hopefully somebody can code this.. And spread between orders/Levels can be adjusted based on ATR

Since some pairs have wider daily range than others Subscribed!

We Can Open Hedge In Demo Account,
And Copy (Difference In Lot Only) To The Real Account And Gain More Spread Costs Also.

If we take into account the buy side together with the part 1 of the video, strangely the total profit is +135 minus all the spreads(insignificant). Then the cycle repeats itself again.

In Part2 We Will See How ,The Buy Trades Supports The Sell Trades,

Because We Will Not Close Profit Buy Trades Unless It Starts To Lose,
That Means The Sell Trades Starts To Win,

Now We Will Close Buy Trades At Zero Profits And Sell Trades At Profits Shown In The End Of Part1 Video.

Hey,
your system looks like a grid trading system. So my question is, how big shut the distance between the trades be? you can do this, but if your balance is to small you will blow up your account. so in your video the "market" goes only 4-5 marks up. ( from 1 to 2 to 3 to 5.... back to 3 back to 2... up to 4.... ....) so but what happen if market goes from 1... to 2.. to 20!! than only back to 18 and still up to 30..!!! if that happen you have a lot of positions which will maybe kill your equity. so if you want do that. you need a lot of money.

The Distance Is 10 Pips Between Levels,
And When We Close Profit Trade We Will Take Some Money From It To Help Fast Close Of (Next Far) Lose Trade,

So ,Even If The Market Goes Up 1000 Pips Directly ,
Then We Open 100 Sell & 100 Buy Paying Only Spreads (200+200) Pips Spreads,

We Should Use Micro Accounts For Small Balances.

Interesting concept...

Since ALL Sell trades are hedged by a Buy trades, and ALL Buy trades are hedged Sell trades, there will be no significant floating EQUITY loss on the account (of course the account has to be large enough to accommodate positions on both sides).

BUT: The strategy is facing significant SPREAD COSTS (+ slippage) on both sides as it has been mentioned before by @Bilstein and also acknowledged by Author (in his above example the accumulating spread cost is 400 pips + slippage on a total of 200 positions).

So, the BIG QUESTION is how can the strategy overcome (recover) this potentially huge CUMULATIVE COST FACTOR in LIVE trading...

Well, hopefully we shall see in Part 2...

Yes, not to mention if you have a stack of trades by friday and market closes your positions are vulnerable to market gap on next monday.

Well, I would not worry too much about it as ALL Buy and Sell trades are completely hedged (it will be detailed in Part 2), so even if the market gaps over the weekend the floating equity should not be significantly affected.

This reminds me of Labouchere (deletion) money management method read here for more details.
However as with all MM methods, they will not provide an edge for an edge-less system.

hanover and PipMeUp and others had great discussions on MM in the Trading Game System thread (a must read).
