Extending it's correction [4] further down respecting Fib retracement level, while the prospect of resuming trend is still UP.

Also holding above low of Feb. 4th, neckline of daily Head and Shoulder pattern. U.S. unemployment claims followed by crude oil inventories due out tonight. If Brent crude

holds below 3600 today it might survive until those reports are released tonight.........

I think the bearish trend will continue but at the moment it's too early to sell. It has to break below the support at 1.3660, as well as the previous low at 1.3638 to confirm said bearish trend.

USD/CAD daily .to me it will down more 300-350 pips to test current support and for a bounce back .

^^^Yep, fibs and long term support on higher time scale have good commonality around there (or slightly lower).
Looks like a great place to consider buying as price seem to be "stepping" up

I have shorts too and I'm hoping this isn't the end of the downward trend otherwise it's going to be very unpleasant.

I think usd/cad is a short as well, I would put a stop at the recent sideways highs though for the short term, just in case. I normally trade GBP/JPY but USD/CAD is a pair that trends very well so sometimes I trade it as well.

I think the first target is the 200 daily simple moving average. Its at 1.32 and climbing now.

I agree that it should continue falling, but on the other hand there's a double bottom visible on the daily time frame. We'll have to wait and see.
