That wicked little spike up just before 9am was brutal and I'm sure took a few traders out, including me! Thankfully, you don't see that kind of thing too often without reason, even on the Dax.

We've reached the 10m 200ema and pushed slightly through the H1 200ema, though the 200sma is still beneath in what could be a supporting role. With the 10m 100sma curling over the top now @ 9,225, what quite often happens is that the price lifts back up towards it before falling again. Beyond that we still have plenty of support below, so an interesting level now.

I use various providers for feeds and I've noticed that some providers will have a gap, some won't!! The ones that don't probably pay good money for a superior feed.

As an example one of my feeds shows the same gaps you show, yet another of my feeds from a more professional outfit doesn't show the gap, they provide a continuous feed.

Just a small question:

I trade the dax now since few years... does someone also mentioned that DAX turns extremly aggressive in the US-Session since few months? Frankfurt - London everything is clear - ok lot more volatile but still controlable but around 15:45 German Time this bitch starts to ignore all classic movements. EU Trends will be completly ignored. -3% days close with +2% etc. And i dont talk about news related movements.

Nothing that is really essential for my trading day, my trading day just gets shorter ( 08:00 am - 15:00 )

As mentioned, at price 9260 there is pattern for short in H4 and H8 and now daily chart, might fall to weekly sma 300.

The fall will take time lets see a few days for more solid daily pattern

Nein, wirklich nicht.
Die GAP-Analyse war middle term (H1/H4) fokussiert.
Jetzt scalpe ich gerade; ...wollte den Rücklauf auf M1 mitnehmen, nachdem H1 EMA55 touchiert hatte.
