E/U just testing the trend channel now. Getting a bearish signal in the daily, but I wouldn't fight the momentum. Not sure I'd get long right now but if I were long here I'd hang in until is stalls. As a short this doesn't get interesting, for me, until we see some asymmetry in the weekly studies, that's still a ways off. Intraday traders may be able to play this bearish cyclical signal once it begins to consolidate but I'm just not about it, not in the face of the recent strength.

They may need to, but I wonder if they actually will? It would be really unusual for them to break away from a course so early. I know others have and that may be precedence enough, they've just never seemed that dynamic stateside and I don't see Yellen playing the part of Maverick. Until I see otherwise I'm saying she sticks to the slow and steady, which of course creates opportunity for us as it all unfolds.

even the talk would be enough to do the job ... we went some where last year with the hike talk only and now it would be enough if Yellen say we can step back if needed ... this word will be enough to drive whole 2016 ....

Got it. I suppose we'll see when we reach the top of this weekly range, which is also now where the large descending weekly TL intersects.

oh yeah I agree with that 100%. If the market "thinks" it may happen they'll jump on it, which is good for me... that's where we get that potential break from the underlying fundamentals. What the speculators think will happen vs. what does happen. can lead to good stuff if you get the timing right. lot's of punishment if you don't. I was about a month early into that USD/CAD trade but it all worked out in the end.

Slowing just a little outside this trend-line... Have to see if the US traders come back from lunch with any conviction or if it puts them to sleep and they lose their motivation.
