In my opinion, the next levels to watch for are: support - 1.0812, resistance - 1.1246.

It's still doing better than Europe I guess.

However to me the data on Friday, when considered with the other data about transportation, women's employment rates, part timers who would like to be full timers, and the participation rate (which is barely moving off all time lows even with the biggest cohort in American history (the boomers) steadily moving out of the ranks of those eligible to be counted in that statistic) is not saying 'rate hike in March'. (But then, we already had a discussion about usefulness of rate hikes for determining direction anyway :-) )

Personally I suspect we are going to stay right in the wide range we've been in 1.17 to 1.04 for a lot longer - maybe even until the results of the US election are in.

am not sure if china is done... It's just going through the economic cycle of ups and downs...

I would like to comment just one thing... India has some strict policies in place which is like a double edged sword.. Those policies are definitely keeping away trillions in possible investments (limiting development in the country) but at the same time, it makes sure that the fundamentals do not get much dominated by outside funds/investment (Just like US is highly depended on Europe, China and Japan's money)

IMO, it would take a lot for India to collapse...

when you teach people they can borrow money from hsbc and buy smartphone this that,then things will work ı watched a chinase fermer lost all money at stcok and was crying in middle of field.china done its connected to net

So what I'm saying is that if we get 1065 then 0789 is a probable mark. Who knows if we will see it.

Draghi could pull the shocker out and use it. You never know.

Yep. I did a chart for this to count how long price can stay in the same wide range at major turns or halfway points. (It's an old chart - it's now
been 13 months, not 9 months, in the current range).
