Yep... seems like it's the same scenario right now as it was about 20-24 hours ago. Should be interesting to see the direction and the of affect of price during NFP. But you're right about the battle for sure!

1.1280-1.13 AB=CD 1.618 Bfly Sell D1 is where I am looking for move down (either retracement or reversal) to start, market has completed H4 patterns but move up was fast so I don't rule out touch of mentioned area before drop.

Thanks for posting. I was totally caught out by dollar weakness and scrambling after the fact to see what I missed. Just caught up in short-term trading the last few weeks and couldn't see the forest from the trees.

Looking back, treasuries and gold totally led the move in destroying the narrative of a series of a hikes with the January close. The former with just a strong technical rejection of prior candles and gold by holding a quarterly level 1114.64 with a strong monthly close.

It was a bit more subtle and just a low-range lagging monthly candle on the pair but also just holding above the 2015 Q3 low like the previous year did.

EU should be breaking the low of pinbar before rise, but nothing 's sure in Forex.

Technicaly, yes EU needs to go back to 1.1030/40 area but who knows when that will happen.

P.S: If it flies through 1.12650 (daily resistance) then I would expect it to touch 1.1385-.1400 before it moves down

I'm seeing signs of heavy selling the past 2 days. If NFP is bad will switch from long to short on EURUSD aiming for 1.1060. We could see a buying climax on NFP.

well its obviously up or down, but your forecast should be based on sound tech or fundies analysis not biased on your current negative positions.

EU positioned for 1285 test, range so far is 33 pips...sentiment is such that only a blow out number will stop this train.

Eurousd has blown above 1.1117 , so i'll be waiting for the price to come back to that level before i buy... so i'm on the sideline for eurusd...

If eurusd goes higher i will look for a sell around 1.1440, but i doubt there will be any tradable formation until next week for me
