Update of my experience after purchase:
I purchased this on 9/3/15. I sent the vendor my MT4 information as stated on their installation PDF. It says on their site that they will license the product within 2 hours during business days. They did not license it until 4 days later. So I had just a few days to try out the product within their 10 day return/refund policy. So on 9/13/15 I wrote them stating I wanted a refund. The refused, as they said I bought it in the morning of 9/3 and asked for the refund in the evening of 9/13.

Requesting the refund to the exact hour of the 10 day return policy is not specified on their site. Also, it took them 4 days to deliver the full licensed product (even though their site says 2 hours), so I had just a few trading days to try it out.

I think it's pretty sad for them to hold me to the hour on my 10 day refund request window, yet they took 4 days past their delivery time frame.
I filed a credit card dispute.

About the product:
I can get the same system using parabolic Sar, Goldminer and MacD for free.
Not worth the purchase.

You agreed with our terms and conditions when your purchased the software and signed the agreement electronically when you installed it on your computer. I am sorry that Forex trading did not work out for you but it really takes time and dedication to get good at it. Blaming the software, the broker etc....for not succeeding is of course easy but will not lead to success.

BTW, i find it really funny that you claim that our system is no good while you try to sell a ripped off and recolored version of the fist version of ProFx on your website.

PS: Can't say anything about ProFx 3.0 but I remember that I liked ProFx 2.0 a lot in my early trading days.
A vendor that counts the refund policy by the HOUR(!) after not issuing a license for several DAYS after he was paid? Are you serious?? Gladly you´ve posted that here + the vendor responded that it is indeed true that they can allow DAYS to issue the license after you´ve paid while they count hours to decide if to refund or not. This is a joke and no one should ever buy form such an unhonest and unsupportive vendor.

​I don't no about this stuff, neither have i time for it.
What i can say is i bought ProFX4 and Powerflow, it is working fine and i got all support i needed.
Btw Powerflow is on its way to pay off well. I can tell you the prices for this software and the support are just peanuts.

I used ProFX since it first came out a long time ago and I swear by it. Otherwise learn forex and what it is, because this isn't a game for the uninformed or ill tempered.
There is no point blaming everything and everybody else for your failures.
The rule sets are simple, basic, and easy to follow. You just need to adhere to the rules, as is with any system.
With he release of 4.0, it is easier than ever.

This is weird to read. I am a customer of them (not Profx, but other software). I see - past 2 people as well. And you not.
But the only one who speaks badly about Forex21 is you - who do not have anything to do with them.
What do you know about their honesty and support level???


Can anyone who has ProFx 4 share some of its actions, please?

On 2016.02.20 you complained about our bad customer service, two days after you wrote on our forum that you are impressed with the results you are getting with ProFx 4.0. While this is confusing, I understand your anger. You know it performs great but you cannot use it anymore because we caught you in the process of hacking it.

Sorry geektrader, no free ProFx 4.0 for you and your worldwideinvest friends.
