Greetings!

Entered trade when green crossed red. Its below the base line but seeking a pullback before LO opening which will determine its continuation.

Maybe potential bounce off 50 moving average for its continuation down to touch 200 MA. Time will tell.

Apologies, my bad, yes EUR.USD (corrected now in my posting). Yes it worked out pretty well for me. BEOB = Bearish Outside Bars ?? I did not know this candle-formation, google says its signaling the end of a bullish period. Thanks, learned something new again!

USD/CAD. Aimed for a TP right at the resistance and it did just that. Since red and green are right below the yellow base line at the 36 fib level it may potentially bounce back onto its continuation to the 200 MA. Stoch is giving a signal to short so now I am waiting for TDI to give me the confirmation.

It is very easy to get into a trade...but challenging to get out.

Those are great examples mate. Strong and steep angle on the old TDI and I like your chart too - you're keeping things simple.

I notice that most of you use a 5 or an 8 setting when you use the Stochastic, I use 21, is there an advantage in the shorter settings or is it matter of taste?

that depends what your experience trading with the Stochastics. why not use period 13 like the TDI default?

Big E started his trading using the Stochastics then he added the TDI.
what did he use the Stochastics for?
why did he drop the Stochastics and use the TDI for his entry and exit?

I'm quite experienced at everything, but in 7 tears that hasn't translated to consistency and success like this thread.

I do just quite like it on 21, but I'm always willing to learn and tweak, and will do research.

I will search for the answers, but any chance you could point me in the direction?

I understand that Stochastics are great for a ranging market, but also trending since they show deviation from the average price direction, if it's a case of using them and not letting me in on some trades while filtering me out of losses then I will stick with them for the time being at least I think.

Well done Dimi , congrats, simple stuff works always
TMS traders, when I say simple its after spending 100s of hours learning TMS only then it becomes simple

I took EA short , and build postions during the session , +300 pips

E/CAD short +100 pips

EU short +90 pips

GJ short +50 pips

Posting only EA but other trades where almost identical

I would like to ask a few questions. Why is it on your EA short, the TDi has not crossed yet, but you had multiple entries of Sell? You only trade LOndon session?
