If this 4H candle stays the same, and no crazy news over long weekend (US holiday), should hit 1.46xx with ease. But i won't risk leaving open trades over weekend.

CAD USD bond yield differential is widening, as if market is pre-run a BOC rate cut next week. This is crazy. I think BOC should raise rate, if CAD continue to fall, it simple will driven all inward investment away into US.

now that iran sanctions have been lifted it will be interesting to see how this affects the pair, i think CAD has still more to fall

interesting, it doesnt seem though that these new sanctions will inhibit the amount of oil that iran will be able to pump into the market though.

Agree I read more on it OIl seems poised to flow freely...despite of fresh minor sanctions
Another huge Obama disaster... The ballistic test was not recent!
Its funny how Obama allows sanction lifted then places minor ones for show.
This is disaster for US shell industry.

Yeah thats what i was thinking, he says its a good thing and then throws other sanctions on.. im eagerly anticipating how the markets will react to this, definitely bad news for CAD economy. That being said im long since friday and wouldn't mind seeing a gap up on our chart
