Bears do not forgive on oil
trade volume is no longer supporting last couple of hour candles. bulls are getting tired going into the close.

we are reaching pivotal point on oil
either 30 will hold and perhaps rally to 35 or we are heading 25
I don't think Feds intended destruction of energy industry.... This is the worst squeeze I've seen since began trading.
Lets see if there is life left on oil.35 would be nice perhaps pushing Cad to 1.38

I agree, but for now there's no signal that it's about to bounce off 1.4300. I think it might still climb a little higher than that.

Anybody look at the gold oil ratio ... it is about 35.xx, hasn't been this extreme since 1974.. Anybody knows what this means? .. gold overvalued or oil undervalued or what?

I confess, i'm short (and in red!), anyway it goes.. if it really will go down, to me a good target in the medium term (3-5 days) is 1.3814.

Me to I am actually hoping for 1.34 or 1.30 long term.But if oil falls any longer USDCAD might go up at an accelerated pace.another 5-10 dollar fall in oil price might take it to 1.5-1.6

1.43 is a hard level, both technical and psychological. Of course there may be a retrace, or just some consolidation, but the trend is still the same. That's what i'm trading. I don't see a reversal/top yet, but it's definitely easier to trade when you're in the green. Don't get me wrong, i've had many red trades...but not lately Don't want to jinx myself.

It's not about oil, energy, or resources, it all about some politics and a lot of speculating, at some point the fat cats will close their extremely large positions and take it in the other direction, don't worry, zoom out your chart and have a look.

Same here, I don't even have stop losses on UC shorts, my target is 1.34

With small lots I can live with a loosing trade even till 1.6 or higher, be prepared, it will definitely come down.

I'm confused.. why is this pair is due for a correction? It seems that it follows the fact that oil prices are plummeting. And by looking at where oil is.. not looking good lol
