Their website in the Netherlands shows 2.3 for MT4 spread on Dax.
They have raised their spread for Dax last year from 1(market)/2(after market) to 2.3 overall.
They probably still have to recover some losses they encountered last year,..

WHS spread on DAX is 1 during trading session; the have also an office in Amsterdam. Also on MT4.

Thats 3 € per trade, in and out 6 € for 1 CFD or 100 or 10000. same price.

What losses are you talking about? The Swissie event was a rather slim dent in the results.

The fundamental point of view from JP Morgan's equity strategists:

Our view is that the risk-reward for equities has worsened materially. In contrast to the past 7 years, when we advocated using the dips as buying opportunities, we believe the regime has transitioned to one of selling any rally. Yes, stocks had a rough time most recently, and some of the tactical indicators, such as Bull-Bear at -16 which is at the bottom of its trading range, argue for a short-term respite. Clearly, equities are unlikely to keep falling in a straight line, with periodic rebounds likely. However, we believe that one should be using any bounces as selling opportunities.

We fear that the incoming Q4 reporting season wont be able to provide much reassurance for stocks. As was the case for a while now, consensus expectations have been managed aggressively into the results. The hurdle rate for Q4 S&P500 EPS has fallen from +5%yoy a few months back to -4%yoy currently. If this were to materialise, it would be the weakest quarter for EPS delivery so far in the upcycle.

A picture worth reflecting on IMHO. Speaks louder than words to me.

This is a 4 hour chart with a regression channel starting at the beginning of the December sell-off. The green curve is a 2 week linear regression forecast. The yellow line is the trend-line from the April all-time-high.
