Could be regarded as a late entry but waited until news data had quietened down. Entered after break of DOL and BRN (172.000). TP set for last S/R zone

The green arrows are what his broker puts on the chart to show his entries and exits.

Hi all,

my trades on GBP/NZD with ME/ME and 5 method. this pair is wild and very fast moving, close my position with 1250+ pips. i wanted leave the trade open over the weekend but i seen a bounce on the 4hr 200ema so i moved my SL from BE to there where it hit, easy no fuss just keep moving on to next setups. PA on HTF(4hr, daily, etc...) is where i trade, i take my entry on my LTF(1hr, 30m, 15m, etc...) chart. yes those are just my entry and exit green arrows from my platform.

i don't understand: trading is your only job?
if you have a net profit of 10.000 dollars in one year even if your success rate is more than 83%,i think it is very difficult and not interesting to stay months on trading and gain only some dollars......i am a newbie...sorry for my question and for my poor english.
you are a good trader and in one year you gain "only" 10.000 dollars, i am a bad trader........i have no hopes

you must have misread it, it's his week closing profit. he gain 20%+ of his balance within a week for every week till the month end where he starts over with 50k, that is not easy to do. i believe there are a lot of profitable TMS traders.

also believe that is not his normal account, its a account for us to see what ME/ME and 5 method profit.

just read the post below that post and you will understand why he is so successful in trading. if you don't put in work or effort what make you think you will be close to doing what he does and all the other elders of TMS? when we start to focus and wanting to learn more, we can eventually become profitable traders too IMHO. start your new year by taking a small step every day learn the basic in no time you will be like all the elders traveling around the world enjoying life haha.

I've some questions for expert traders of ME/ME which perhaps other junior traders thought the same of:

Retracement:
1) Understand that retracement would mean more entries and building up positions for better average price. But what happens after retracement when it goes back to initial entry? :
i) close all baskets and create new one?
ii) hold all positions and continue to the initial/next TP?
iii) TP at BE and wait for new opportunities?
Which course to take depends on what factors?

Re-entries:
2) Learnt that if the trade goes in favor and there's no retracement, just TP with fix range and open new trade. But would the new trade have the same initial stoploss as the previous trade or it just kept shifting according?

3) Under what circustances would not permit building positions? Because trend do not run forever and we cannot chase it forever.

Ran into these situations and were unclear as to which actions would be the best for which instances... Hope to hear from the gurus. Thanks for reading!

hey LL, I was just wondering where you'd put your stop..I am just trying to get an idea from your trading as I see you are pretty good with the pac of which I am not a fan of..

Just took it easy for week 1 of 2016, 78.9 Pips profit, looking at the charts I see some ample opportunities for next week.

On that trade I had a 25 pip SL as there was plenty of momentum.
On normal H1 trades I place my initial stop on the opposite side of the PAC. On occasions when that would mean a very big SL, like a big reversal, I'll place it in the center of the PAC or drop down to M15 to enter.
On H4 trades I use the PAC as one of my exit strategies. Exit when the APB closes back inside the PAC. I don't use this strategy on H1 because when the APB closes inside the PAC it can mean that price has reversed on you. For H1 one of my exit strategies is when the M15 APB changes color.
Entries with the PAC can be regarded as conservative but it can help you keep out of bad trades and pulling the trigger too soon.
